CARPET CLEANING
Most steam cleaning carpet cleaners use te standard manual wand method which only cleans from two directions - back and forth. This often produces only mediocre cleaning results leaving many tough stains and grime still in the carpet.
With our RotoVac 360i Carpet Restoration System, our patented vacuum head uses Rotary Jet Extraction TM which thoroughly deep cleans the carpet fiber from all directions to produce superior cleaning results and faster drying time. Your carpets will look, feel, and stay clean longer.
STEP ONE:
First, we apply an eco-friendly cleaning solution to loosen the soil and stains. We pay special attention to high traffic lanes and more heavily soiled areas.
STEP TWO:
Next, we steam clean and extract with the new RotoVac 360i using up to 230 degrees of heat.
OPTIONAL:
Optional deodorizer and stain protection can be applied to protect carpet and upholstery.

CARPET CLEANING FACTS
- Carpet was designed as a filter. Each year several pounds of soil can accumulate in and under the carpet, so it's important to remove the soil from the carpet fiber.
- When the "carpet filter" gets too full, your family or co-workers begin breathing in high levels of allergens including dust mites and debris. These microscopic organisms, which are related to spiders, live in many homes and commercial buildings. Too small to see with the naked eye, dust mites thrive in warm, humid environments - eating dead skin cells and nesting in dust-collecting bedding, fabric, carpet, & furnishings. The residue that dust mites leave behind mixes with dust and become airborne causing bothersome symptoms such as wheezing, sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose and skin rashes.
- Is the air starting to smell stale? Pollutants in the air filter down into the carpet and this is referred to as "filtration soil". Often resulting in a black line running all around the carpet where it meets the baseboards or black outlines around furniture and desks, etc. Proper cleaning habits - such as vacuuming twice a week and regularly scheduling professional steam cleaning services - are imperative before filtration soil and traffic wear become permanent and odor begins to develop.
- Soil, when it accumulates in a carpet, acts like little knives cutting and scratching at the carpet fiber, grinding the expensive yarns down into those worthless fibers that fill your vacuum bag. The longer the customer waits between cleaning, the more damage is done. Carpet, if not maintained properly will quickly exhibit wear and will unfortunately result in those shaded, worn looking traffic lanes. This shading is considered damage and is irreversible. It is important to vacuum regularly and have carpets professionally cleaned with the factory recommended extraction method and to re-apply a carpet protector like Teflon or Scotch-Guard to heavily traveled pathways to prevent damage and extend carpet life and appearance.
